All cancellations received by the office at least SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received fewer than seven business days prior to the event. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees. Substitutions are welcome. SECURITY
To ensure a safe and seamless experience for all participants at Session Priorities, we kindly ask that you follow these established security protocols. - Mandatory screening: For the safety of all attendees, ALL guests will be required to pass through walk-through metal detectors (magnetometers) to enter the event spaces. Small purses and bags are allowed but are subject to being searched.
- Identification: Upon arrival and check-in, you will be issued a name badge. For the duration of the event, wearing your badge is mandatory, as it will serve as your credential for access to the program.
- Law enforcement and in-house security: Officers from the St. Paul Police Department (SPPD) and in-house security personnel will be present and visible throughout the venue for the duration of the event.
