Finance Executives Forum: Identifying and Mitigating Business Risks
When is the last time you reviewed ALL of the potential risks facing your business? Join us for breakfast on August 8th and take one hour to identify and categorize risks across your organization based on the likelihood, severity and velocity of each risk. Are they insurable? Are there financial mitigation strategies available? Are they related to currencies and interest rates? Are they just part of the cost of doing business? Participants will be able to complete their own “heat map” and begin developing solutions for the top risks based on 4 types of mitigation strategies. Participants will take away an applicable plan for immediate implementation.
